Simulation
Harborline Town
★★★★☆ 4.0
Harborline Town is a laid-back simulation where you grow a little seaside settlement from a single dock into a busy port. It leans cosy rather than complex, but there's a real balancing act between housing, jobs and keeping your residents content that kept me tinkering.
The building is drag-and-drop simple, and the game never rushes you. Timers exist but they're gentle, so it works fine as a game you check in on a few times a day. Watching the town fill up and hearing the ambient harbour sounds is genuinely relaxing.
Late game slows down and the goals start to repeat, which is where I usually put these sims down. Still, for a calm builder with charm to spare, it's an easy one to recommend.
